Ricky Bobby's Fast Track Walkthrough

Ricky Bobby's Fast Track is a racing game based on the 2006 comedy, Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby. This Shockwave game features great graphics, high-paced action, and quotes from the film.

The objective of Ricky Bobby's Fast Track is to finish the race in first place; remember: "If you ain't first, you're last"! There is only one track to race on in this racing game, and there are no pit stops or upgrades to worry about; you must stay focused on the goal and use your racing skill to be your competition!

Ricky Bobby's Fast Track is played from a first-person perspective and controlled by the keyboard. The left and right arrow keys are used to steer your car in this respective direction. The up and down arrow keys are used to accelerate and to brake. If you prefer, you can use the respective WASD keys to control your car. There are no pit stops in this racing game, but if you need to take a quick break from the action in real life, you can use the tab key to pause the game. I advise you to stick out the race until the end, however, since pausing and resuming the game may cause graphical problems with the game, forcing you to refresh your browser to solve the problem.

Ricky Bobby's Fast Track is a straightforward racing game that veterans of the genre should have no problem picking up. Despite the game's first-person camera view, the same basic principles that apply in top-down racing games also apply here. Try to make your turns on the inside of the track if possible since it reduces the distance that you have to travel, making it easier to surpass your opponents. If the inside of the track is blocked, however, you will have to make a wider turn; it is better to make wide turns than it is to crash. Accelerate on straight portions of the track, but slow down on turns to avoid crashing into the track barriers. Finally, keep in mind that you can block off your computer-controlled opponents just as they can block you off. Use your rear-view mirror to check for cars that are behind you, and maneuver to keep them from advancing!

If you are a fan of the movie, Talladega Nights, or a fan of racing games in general, then you will enjoy Ricky Bobby's Fast Track. Do you have what it takes to become a racing legend like Ricky Bobby? Find out in Ricky Bobby's Fast Track!
