Street Drifting Walkthrough

Street Drifting is a simple but challenging racing game. This car game features five customizable cars, a variety of challenging tracks, stimulating gameplay.

The objective of Street Drifting is to get at least third place in each race against four computer-controlled opponents. If you fail to place in at least third, you will have to complete the track again until you are able to do so.

When you first start Street Drifting, you must choose the car that you wish to drive, customize your car, and choose your car's coloration. Your choices are purely aesthetic. I've tested different cars and different pieces of equipment, but the choices do not seem to effect your vehicle's performance in this car game. The choices that you make stick with you for the entire game, so make sure to pick a vehicle that is pleasing to your eyes. Once you have made your selections, you are ready to race!

Street Drifting pits you against four computer-controlled racers in each race. As is the case in many racing games, the AI has an easier time navigating the track than a human player, but the AI can still get stuck on some tracks. In order to reduce the advantage of the AI, make sure to make your turns as close to the inside of the track as possible to shorten the distance that you have to travel. It is also a good idea to start making your turns early in this car game so that inertia does not bump you into the edge of the track. You cannot drive off of the track, but bumping into its edge will slow you down severely!

This car game also features a minimap that is displayed in the lower-left corner of the screen. Your car is represented by a red dot on the map, and your opponents are represented by white dots. You may use this map to tell your current position in the race as well as to prepare for upcoming turns.

Street Drifting is a fun game, but it does have its downfalls. Foremost, this car game can be very difficult to control. I advise lightly tapping the arrow keys when making turns so that you don't overcompensate and end up rotating for vehicle in a full three-sixty. Secondly, it's possible to get stuck in this car game when you and multiple opponents are trying to make a turn. In one instance, I found myself bottle-necked with three other computer-controlled cars for a full minute! Finally, Street Drifting game features no save system, so you will have to start from the beginning every time you play.

Street Drifting is a straightforward racing game, but it is also very challenging. If you are in the mood for car game with few frills but lots of thrills, then Street Drifting is the game for you!
